  Joann Thomas started this business in 2007 and it is one of the best out of the four in town. She does men's, women's, and children's haircuts, pedicures, and manicures. While the quiant little sign on the street doesn't show much. This is proof that you can't always judge a book by it's cover. The prices for services are:
  $21 for men's haircut
  $15 for children's haircut
  $23 for women's haircut
  $17 for basic-manicure
  $27 for basic-pedicure
  She does excellent work and it shows by the amount of repeat customers. Call for an appointment.
